Failure messages

These are the failure messages of payment:

issuer_declined contact_card_issuer do_not_honor	User's bank declined the payment	The payment has been declined by your bank. Please try a different card or contact your bank for further support.
timeout try_again_later	Failed connection - user should try again
invalid_card	Invalid card details
expired_card	Expired card
tabby_rejected	Tabby rejected
retry_limit_exceeded	Too many failed attempts
duplicate_payment	Duplicate payment
invalid_bin	Invalid bin	The bin is not accepted.
